Cash or Cheque
You can give by cash or cheque at our Sunday gatherings. Please make cheques out to Horizon Church.

Due to a technical issue, this option is currently unavailable. Be aware that using this method results in a service charge being deducted from your gift. This service charge can be avoided if you use e-Transfer (preferred). You can give online using your credit card by clicking the "Give Now" link on this page. You will be redirected to Planning Center, where you can set up and one-time gift or a recurring donation.

You can also choose to donate via e-Transfer from your bank's website by sending money to finance@wearehorizon.ca . This account is setup for auto-deposit, and no security question will be required.

Why we give
Giving as worship
When we give to God, it is a way of honouring Him. Christ followers give generously to reflect the way in which Jesus first gave everything for us. Giving financially to support the work of the church is one way in which we demonstrate that Christ is our true treasure.
Giving as mission
When you give to Horizon, you fund the mission of the church. Our mission is to show and share the kindness of Jesus, and your generosity makes this possible, through ministries such as Alpha courses, ESL outreach, and numerous other community impact initiatives.
Giving as obedience
Ultimately, Christ followers give as an act of obedience to Jesus. In His teachings, Jesus commanded His disciples to give to those in need, and to demonstrate His place of ultimate importance in our hearts over our earthly possessions.
